***** Thanks everyone who left me comments and feedback on how to organize my boards. I really appreciate it! The winner of the $50 credit towards quilting is Aimee Marshall who said "Oh my goodness, I love them all so it was hard to pick just one! I really love the sea scape though!!"
Congrats Aimee - email me (abby@latimerlane.com) with your information and I'll send you the details!
Thanks everyone for playing along! *****************
I've had a list of new patterns for the last few months that I've been slow about adding to my
pinterest page.
I spent some time getting things updated and I've added over 100 new designs! I've add all shapes and sizes, from flowers, to feathers, to baby, to modern. All price ranges too - added a whole bunch to the lower range of
$.0125 per inch. Always looking for fun new patterns that are more affordable for everyone.
Here are a few of my favorite new ones!
Now for the giveaway part. Go take a look at my
pattern page - come back here and leave a comment telling me what your favorite pattern is. And/or if you'd like the patterns separated by category. Currently I have them all on 1 board - plus on price per inch boards. Been thinking about adding categories (as in Christmas, Feathers, Flowers, Modern etc). Let me know what you think. I'll choose a winner on Sunday March 23rd - for a $50 gift card towards quilting services from Latimer Lane Quilting. If you aren't following me on
Instagram start following me and let me know and you'll get a 2nd entry. Good luck!
All the patterns are great, it's impossible to pick a favorite, but "Heart in a Swirl" is really sweet!
ReplyDeleteI also started following!
My current favorite is the Baptist Fan - it seems to really set off the quilt without detracting from the quilt's design.
ReplyDeleteI'm already an Instagram follower!
I love the pebbles panto. It is nice to see all of the patterns at once I think.
ReplyDeleteI am a new follower on instagram. (MeadowMistDesigns)
ReplyDeleteI love, love, love the vintage flowers pattern. I have a wip of 30s fabric that would be great with the quilting. Are you accepting new clients? :)
ReplyDeleteKind of in love with Modern Stars! So cute.
ReplyDeleteI also follow you on Instagram! Thanks so much!
ReplyDeleteI thought for sure it would be clamshells, because I'm just finishing up a top that wanted to have quilted with clamshells, but when I saw sweet pears, I was sold! My mom would love it!!
ReplyDeleteI'm an IG follower!

ReplyDeleteKristennw712@yahoo.com
Love the Christmas lights! (Grouped by topic would be a great way to organize them!)
ReplyDeleteI would love to see them grouped together by theme! As for my favorite it's hard to choose just one but probably paisley playtime. Thanks!
ReplyDeletePinwheels and pinwheel meander! Thanks for all of your great work, I love that you have so many patterns to choose from. I'd love to see a music note pattern.
ReplyDeleteSo hard, I love so many! Especially Orange Peel (waiting for the perfect quilt for that one...), Denali, and flirtatious. And bubble play.
ReplyDeleteI think it would be helpful to have them broken down into categories, but the price breakdown is really helpful, too.
Started following you on Instagram. :)
ReplyDeleteHi Abby!
ReplyDeleteI was going to ask if you downloaded all those free designs and see you did. I love how you grouped the designs in Pinterest for clients to see and what you charge for the designs. I've been planning a similar quilting giveaway to my customers too. At moment I've simply been surprising those who use me with unexpected discount in quilting service. I plan to email you away from blog comments too.
So many great patterns! I like the Baptist fan among many others. I like how you have the patterns by price point. Categorizing them by style would be cool too.
ReplyDeleteI started following you on Instagram a couple of weeks ago.
ReplyDeleteSo many good ones but I really like Beaded. I think the best sorting is price so you are doing good!! Love everything you do!!
ReplyDeleteI follow you on IG! Love seeing all the beautiful quilts you get!
ReplyDeleteOh My sooo many great designs patterns... How could you pick just one??? I guess I need to make some quilts... LOL..
ReplyDeleteI love modern twist, Goldilocks, and the zebras! I think categories would be great! And maybe even one for customer favorites (maybe top ten).
ReplyDeletePS: already following on Instagram - chelsea_hard
DeleteI like the pattern surf. I could see using this on several of my quilts that are waiting to be sandwiched and quilted. And I don't mind viewing all the patterns at once. That way I can see my options.
ReplyDeleteOoo ooo ooo..... Heart in a Swirl! Heart in a Swirl! Once you finish my Christmas quilts, I have one I'd like to send you that would LOVE that pattern :) Thanks for a chance to win!

My all time favorite is baptist fans!
ReplyDeleteI follow on instagram.
ReplyDeleteI'm a huge fan of your posie designs! I love how you have them separated by price! I think it would be a great idea to have separate categories for Holidays, flowers, abstract :)
ReplyDeleteI am already an instagram follower!
Lauren
All so fun, right now really loving the traditional orange peel. I couldn't even attempt that on my home machine!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving the traditional patterns right now; clam shell, orange peel, and baptist fan.
ReplyDeleteI started following on IG too!
ReplyDeleteway to many to choose from :) but I really like
ReplyDeleteSurf b2b -
** I like to be able to see all of them without a specific category
Love sew many... I pick Daisies and Loops...
ReplyDeleteFollow you on IG...
Love your blog and pictures, thank you...
I have quite a few patterns that I'm loving at the moment. Popcorn is in the running for my new quilt I'll be sending you soon. I do think you should separate by categories, at least for the various holidays so it's easier to find.
ReplyDeleteThey are all so cute - how do you pick one - Star spangled banner (which you just did on one of my quilts!), Zeba - too cute, Heart in a swirl, etc.....
ReplyDeleteCategories would be nice, but let's be real, I will look at them all anyways. haha!

ReplyDeleteI want to try orange peel for my next quilt....love what I've seen you do with this pattern!
ReplyDeleteI like seeing all the patterns by price.
What a great variety of patterns you have there and found many that I would love....guess the feathers are my favorite but also love those bubble ones. Your new popcorn is really great too. Guess I would not be good to pick just one. I do think it might help to put in groups too.
ReplyDeleteThanks
Love the Circle of Life and the Honeycomb pattern looks really cool! I also follow you on IG "judyhnr". Thank you for the chance at your giveaway!
ReplyDeleteLove so many of them. Since I am making a modern quilt for my son and dil, I like the circles and lines pattern.
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love Fable!!
ReplyDeleteI follow on Instagram and think catergories would be great!
ReplyDeleteI love the Hearts in a Swirl. So pretty and delicate. I like looking at all of your selections do I don't miss anything!
ReplyDeleteI love the target one! Oh, and damask too. I like how they are separated now, but wouldn't mind categories. I follow you on Instagram :)
ReplyDeleteToo many to choose from. Love that, though. Each one could enhance the personality of a quilt. Really love the orange peel and double bubble. I like them all on the same page. Helps me visualize easier other projects I am working on without having to go to more than one page. "One stop shopping" :)
ReplyDeleteI love orange peel! I think the way they are organized now is perfect when you have to stick within a certain price range, but categories would be nice too!
ReplyDeleteI'm also an instagram follower! :)
ReplyDeleteLove your patterns! Hearts and Flowers is my favorite!
ReplyDeleteI would vote for no categories… I like seeing everything that is available at once.
Thanks for the opportunity to win!
Angela
Vicki's feather is a nice simple feather! Great addition! Those darn Christmas lights are going to get me just to make another Christmas quilt! Shouldn't that be the other way around? A designer pattern or fabric usually sucks you in, not a quilted pattern! :) Well played Abby Latimer;)
ReplyDeleteI follow you on insta as well. @sewlayers @mmaclaughlin. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI love Denali and Lauren. I have quilts that would be perfect for these patterns. Thanks for the chance at the wonderful giveaway.
ReplyDeleteshoe fetish...love your quilting
ReplyDeleteI love orange peel and plumage. I have many quilt tops that could use your beautiful quilting. Thanks for the chance to win.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is surf! It's basic but still fun. I think the layout you've got works fine. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteBeen following you on IG for awhile!
ReplyDeletePassion Fruit might be my favorite, but there are so many fun patterns.
ReplyDeleteThe 30's pattern would be a perfect
ReplyDeletechoice for the quilt I just finished.
Thank you for a chance to win!
Circle of life. I'd love to have you quilt for me.
ReplyDeleteI love Damask, and I like seeing all the patterns together ...
ReplyDeleteSpools of thread is my favorite.
ReplyDeletePopcorn is sooooo cute!!!
ReplyDeleteI love the Target, Clam Shells, and Baptist Fan. I think it would be less overwhelming as categories.
ReplyDeletePerfect timing! My swoon is almost finished - finally. I really like splat. But baptist fans are so classic, it'll be hard to decide.
ReplyDeleteI love the clam shell and the baptist fan! Also, I was wondering how I would contact you to have you do a quilt for me?
ReplyDeleteI follow you on IG. (@ksheffie)
ReplyDeleteYou have so many that I love. But "Heart in a Swirl" would be perfect for a little girl's quilt. Thanks for the opportunity to win.
ReplyDeleteI love the Koi fish but that Halloween pattern just makes me want to make a quilt so I could have it quilted in that.
ReplyDeleteI love your quilting patterns, they are ALL so lovely it is hard to choose. I have say though that I really like the Vintage pattern...I think because it will be perfect for the quilt that I am finishing up. I do have to say that your idea of putting your patterns into groups would be great...tgat way people could easily navigate to what theme would work best for them. I think that I might just send my quilt top to you if you are taking new clients.
ReplyDeleteI can not wait to do a Halloween quilt for the new Halloween pattern.
ReplyDeleteI really like the more modern/ geometric designs.... Double bubble, modern stars,
ReplyDeleteTarget and circle of life are great too!
ReplyDeleteI also follow you in IG
I may be to late, but here is my thoughts anyway. I like the modern leaves - it's kind of funky and grows on you. The zebras are cute, but I am really liking the new Halloween pattern. I have a quilt top that I have called Halloween for years and I am thinking that pattern may have a home with my top.
